Hardworking

It's clear that you are a hardworking company who care about your customers. Your items are really good quality but also very reasonably priced. You sort out any queries in an instant too, which is awesome.

Not responding

Don’t waste your energy with this group of people. They don’t respond to questions or requests for information. They have no interest in actually helping me or themselves. How are you supposed to make a paycheck if you keep ignoring clients? I’ll find someone who actually wants my money and is interested in cultivating a long-term relationship with their clients.

Rude

I’d be afraid of my Mum smacking me into next week if I treated anyone as rudely as this fellow treated me. Hired an online service, had a small glitch, and contacted the service. This fellow was so rude that I went somewhere else immediately. Don’t use this service, unless you just like to be treated that way.
