I am very disappointed with the service that I received today. I called this company in order to obtain more services, but the customer service was unable to help me with getting the service I needed. They couldn’t even tell me anything about the services I wanted, and I think that’s poor business practice that reflects poorly on the company and their hiring process. Please, give your employees better training on your products. This will help out a lot of people who have to call for assistance.

Don’t waste your energy with this group of people. They don’t respond to questions or requests for information. They have no interest in actually helping me or themselves. How are you supposed to make a paycheck if you keep ignoring clients? I’ll find someone who actually wants my money and is interested in cultivating a long-term relationship with their clients.
