Got my cable installed may 11th. Was told someone would come back out a week later to bury the wire in my backyard. No phone call no nothing. I called and a window from 8am -8pm was set for yesterday June 12th. Again no call no show and I even canceled an appointment to be here. I called yet again to only have to cancel my plans AGAIN so they can come Friday on my only day off. I hope they come out cuz I'll be canceling my account. I have no patients or tolerance for companies like this that dont Care for their customers, only their money. Really frustrated. They should cut my grass too while their at it.

Nearly a second job to keep Comcast in line. It's not even a exaggeration if you hear that your monthly bill becomes doubled out of nowhere. Devices they provide are very poor quality. Anything that has to do with their Internet is a lost cause, modems disconnect about once a hour if you are streaming anything. Also will just cut out for bo reason too.

It took THREE no-show appointments over 5 days for my service to be installed. Each time, I called Customer Service & was told they had my apartment number wrong. Each time, I corrected it with them. In any case, it was a phony excuse; they NEVER even came to my apartment building in spite of having texted me saying the tech was outside my building to greet him. A group of other customers who were also waiting for installations went outside & he was nowhere to be found. I finally called Customer Service (Arden?) AGAIN. He talked to me and our receptionist, going in circles and saying nothing. I finally asked for a supervisor and he refused to transfer me to a supervisor saying that "they can't do anything for you. They will just send your call back to me and I can't do anything either. That is no customer service. Not just bad, horrible! It took several relatives of ours to talk to Comcast, ask for supervisors and argue to get service and it still took five days for me to get my service and one other person. There were two or three other people were waiting just as long for service but the tech who finally came didn't have permission to service the other two or three. This cable company is the only one in my area that I can use due to tower scarcity and inability to get towers. We are a captive audience and the only thing I can do is send out to the Internet to alert people to this problem & warn them not to use Comcast/Xfinity. I've heard from other Comcast customers unrelated to this that they've had problems with Comcast also. This is their customary BAD service! The tech, Greg, who finally came to connect our service was a supervisor who had to come because the previous tech refused to try again to find our building. Greg gave us excellent quick and very competent service! He wanted to take care of the other two or three customers in the building but told us he was not allowed to. That is MORE THAN STUPID! If, by some miracle, Comcast reads these comments, I am requesting to have my month's charges (which are very expensive) credited to me due to this horrible experience!
