Review about Comcast Xfinity
Got my cable installed may 11th. Was told someone would come back out a week later to bury the wire in my backyard. No phone call no nothing. I called and a window from 8am -8pm was set for yesterday June 12th. Again no call no show and I even canceled an appointment to be here. I called yet again to only have to cancel my plans AGAIN so they can come Friday on my only day off. I hope they come out cuz I'll be canceling my account. I have no patients or tolerance for companies like this that dont Care for their customers, only their money. Really frustrated. They should cut my grass too while their at it.
