I just wanted one answer. Just one simple answer to a question, but instead I was roped into a round-about of guesses. No one knew what I wanted, and I kept getting put on hold. The company should know what they do and how to answer simple questions from consumers. I will not be going through this experience again, the service was just plain awful.
