Stay away, any problem will become yours to deal with. Bottom line, my gate was significantly warped after only 12 days. After 24 attempts to contact him and two months of argument, he flatly refused to fix it stating that the materials were faulty which HE supplied! He wanted me to pay another 10% of job to fix it.
