Review about Opodo
Last night i had booked a last minute flight due to the importance of me flying. I was already at the airport when i made my online booking through OPODO, i had bought a flight which was 2 hours before the flight time. I understand its short notice however it was impossible to check-in. I asked the staff at the airport to help me and they could not either, i ended up missing my flight due to the check-in already being closed. I dont understand why this company would advertise flights that are past the check-in time and allowed me to process a payment. I phoned up distress asking for help to refund this flight as i didnt take the flight and they was very unhelpful and rude, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SERVER CANCELLED MY CALL WHILE I WAS SPEAKING, and put me through to an automated service to rate how my service was! I am livid at such a terrible service and found it very unhelpful.
