I have no issue with the product, but I have contacted customer service no less than 4 times in 2 months inquiring about a refund on an order that the post office took it upon themselves to return to sender, and have had no response other than an email trying to sell me their newest product once they had received my return (after over a month). Once they have your money, they are through with you. It's unfortunate, because I do like the products, but I won't give more money to them if they are going to essentially steal from their customers like this.
