I purchased an item from this company. The item did not work . I contacted customer service and they tell me that I can return the item but that they will NOT Issue a refund because the item was opened. How was I supposed to have known it didn't work ?? If I didn't opened it. Plus they want me to pay shipping return cost and they give me an address in.Australia !!!! Shipping cost would cost me 5 times more than the item I bought. The address it came from was China.... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEVES....
