Hello, I will like to help other home owners so they do not fall in the malicious hands of this company. I rented one of my apartments in my house to this company and it was one of my biggest nightmare, they promised me that they were going to keep everything under control, that the tenants was a really good person, that they visit weekely to make sure everything is ok, that if I had any problem they will remove that person, well long story short we have an agreement were 2 people are suppose to leave in the apartment and currently I have 7, they are always in and out of the appettment, they are constantly blocking driveways and casusing problems in the neighborhood,my water and oil bill had double, they do not recycle and is just a nightmare, I even had complaints of the some of the tenants guests doing drugs in the apartment. We have in the lease that the rent must be pay by the 5th of the month and I have never receive the check before the 10th.I have all this on cameras so I contact the office to resolve the problem. Unfortunately my answer from this office was that I have no choice that they can not do anything to help, and that if I want I can take them to court because they will not leave my apartment, so now I have to spend a least 2 thousand dollars in a lawyer the evict them. Is just not fair what this company does to homeowners, do not fall for that game thy will try to convince you and they will treat li really nice even give you more money for the apartment, but trust me you will regret it.
