Normally I don’t write reviews at all but this had to be documented. I was put on hold for THIRTY MINUTES before I hung up myself because obviously no representative was going to get back to me. I wasn’t necessarily in a rush to have this service completed, but I do not appreciate having my time wasted. It is unprofessional.
