Review about SO Cameras
I have been waiting for 6 weeks for my refund of 4.2k gbp after receiving a cracked lens which was very badly packaged. They have since blocked me from calling and on all customer service platforms as I have been chasing them up for an answer. Ollie at customer services has said more or less If I write any bad reviews I will not get my money back. They keep sending aggressive emails asking me to stop getting in touch. They owe me £4199! This has been SIX WEEKS they have held my money. I have evidence they received this. I am still waiting for my refund. Im a professional photographer and have bought and sold cameras for 10 years, this is THE WORST experience I have had. Do yourself a favour and choose Wex / MBP. I question the validity of a lot of these reviews.. I am now going to the police to try and get a resolution. Please See images.
