This whole set up was a disaster from start to finish. It should be simple, order a service, pay for a service, get the service. But no. There was absolutely no communication at all, the people that came to deliver the service didn't have a clue what they were there for and didn't seem to know what to do. I'm all for giving someone a chance but when you pay for a professional, you expect professionals. Lots of phone calls and wasted time later it was finally sorted out. But even then the quality wasn't great. Wouldn't use this lot again even if I was paid to!
