I brought a beautiful Basil Bang Umbrellas about 4 years ago. It has never been to the beach only by the pool. It has ripped at one of the fastenings. I sent an email and photos to Basil Bang head office and heard nothing. I finished up calling and was told they would send a part and I could go to an upholsterer!!!! Still waiting for the parts.
