Review about Expedia
I will never use expedia.com again that was so rude they didn't even know their own policies and guidelines and rules they're located in the Philippines so when I realize there's a problem and I tried to get some results I can't because it's after hours and nobody knows any of their own policy rules long story short they book me a room I paid for it what initially started to pay for it got to the room was unavailable they said I could get my money back on my card immediately and now I have to wait 7 to 10 business days I'm homeless just trying to find some shelter and will be out of shelter for 7 to 10 days now with a child and their response was sorry five other agents gave you wrong information but these are the rules 7 to 10 days they suck Better Business Bureau should shut them down all of this could have been avoided if Expedia released my money the bank sad because of the situation they would avoid their five to seven day waiting period same as the hotel the hotel said the same thing but you know Expedia can't do that and they're the ones who made the mistake by putting it in the computer as a full refund instead of a reversal and they get to go home to their family is sleep in a warm bed myself and child and spousal other hand have to find somewhere to park at to sleep and I forgot about our dog who just had puppies 2 weeks ago four of them we'll all be in a car sleeping for this 7 to 10 days
