Review about Flagler
Called and made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, explaining that I would be traveling out of state. Arrived for my appointment and advised them I would be waiting in the service lounge while the work was done. The lounge area and entire service area was filthy, dirty hand smudges on the walls, and un-swept floors and filmy windows. No coffee in the lounge area either ... Then I sat and waited in chairs that haven’t been recovered or cleaned in years. Once my car had been serviced they handed me my bill and I proceeded to pay and then left. We left on our trip the next day and after driving from Florida to Alabama my husband noted that the car was pulling to the right so when we stopped for gas he looked at the right front tire and saw that it was (is) severely worn - slick as an egg - on the outside. He then checked the right rear tire and saw that it appeared fine, as did the other tires on the drivers side. His impression was that no tire rotation was completed or surely someone at the dealership would have noted the worn tire and advised me of the issue before I left. We continued on to Texas where I purchased a new set of tires. I contacted the service department and asked to speak with the service manager. I spoke with someone who said he was the service manager and asked him to check my records to see if my tire were rotated and he stated that they were. I then asked him why no one told me I had a nearly bald tire, and that if they had I would have purchased a new set on the spot. He said since the tires fell within the requirements it was only noted on my paperwork that new tires were suggested. He did not seem at all concerns that I was not advised of the issue prior to leaving the dealership. He just kept stating that the tires met requirements. When I advised him that my car was pulling to the right I asked him if it didn’t make sense that they did Not rotate my tires from front too back or the only worn tire would have been on the rear, he again stated that my tires fell within allowed guidelines. When I told him that I would take my business elsewhere he did not seem at all concerned. Bottom line, I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
