Booked a limo- when it turned up the car broke down and wouldn't start!!! The driver laughed and thought it was funny. We didn't. It took US half an hour to jump start it. They promised music, disco-lights, drinks and there wasn't ANY! The journey was cut short (due to break down), even though the driver was not booked after our slot. We insisted on a refund, and got completely ignored despite several assertive emails. They are arrogant, rude and very unprofessional- not even one apology!!!!
