Review about Booking.com
I had the worst experience with booking.com. I never tried a booking agent seemed easy enough. If things go well it would probably be fine. Me on the other hand who doesn't travel much at all am not that person. Long story, short version. I booked a super 8 motel for an overnight deal. Got to the motel with confirmation in hand, clerk tells me there is no reservation. 3 hours on the phone in the hotel lobby was stuck with out a room. May be I could be ok with things happen some times, if my issue was resolved. It wasn't and I had to drive back home. To make things worse I spoke to customer care people every day for a week, each one said they would resolve my situation and get back to me. They never did, Id have to call back. When you call be ready for 20 to 30 hold time. It is now a week and I still have no compromise Hope you never have an issue
