	Since most online services’ financial dealings are automated, it was no surprise to me when my card was charged not twice, oh, no, my card was charged four times. This interfered with paying my bills, so I emailed the service to ask why. Their records showed my card was docked once and once only. I emailed them my bank statement with the charges circled boldly. No answer. I called the main office of the service. No answer. I contacted my solicitor to find out what to do, and now we are waiting for the legal channels to kick in. Do. Not. Use. This. Service.
