Ignore the negative reviews regarding this company at your own peril. I, myself contacted them to service my flat, but now totally regret the decision. The workmanship was substandard, and the customer service lacking any form of care or consideration on their part. I was left with the impression that they are only in the business of servicing themselves by fleecing customers. I do not and will not recommend them.
