Review about Unified Adjusters
I recently contacted their complaints department. My email was politely worded and included pictorial attachments of the poor work their team had performed. The replies I have since received did not reference my situation, but seemed to be more 'form letters' instead. Even after including as much information and evidence that I could, I was afforded no solution, except that they would send a new team in to repair the work, but that I would have to pay for it. Not good business sense, so I declined the offer. Do not use.
