It takes days for them to respond to your concern, onine payment method doesnt reflect in the order (where it shows COD) and again one has to chase them for days for it. After 3 days later when I placed an order they tell me that one of the item is out of stock and they will initiate refund which again takes days and constant follow ups (got a reply for this after 4 days). Better go with some other reliable brand.
