You can mess with most people, and they won’t mind too much. Mess with their money, though, and you’ve got a tiger by its tail. The online service I use sent me a perfectly good item, but my credit card was charged double for it. Numerous emails and phone calls followed in order to right the situation. The service’s workers are unconcerned. I wonder if they would be concerned if it were their money. At any rate, my solicitor is involved now. Don’t use this service. Ever.
