This company’s in a real shambles, and I’m basing that on what I encountered during my recent dealings with them. It seemed as if everyone, from the staff I spoke to over the phone to the people who responded to my emails didn’t know what was going on, and it really did make for a rather embarrassing – on their part – and overall dire service.
