Decided to give em a call as I was havin troubles deciding which product I would like to invest my funds to. First of all the person was unbelievably rude. Second, I am sure this person called me "Ma'am" just to make me angrier! He had no idea how to answer my questions, as he was unable to even understand the nature of the questions I was asking. Do youself a favour and avoid em at all costs. Ipromo have no idea what business is all about. They promote bad practices and even worse products.
