Review about Window World
I believe the true test of a company is when things don't work out and how they respond to this. It took three weeks to get my windows in and installed. One of the windows was measured incorrectly and had to be reordered. Now three more weeks later I had to call them as I haven't heard a word, just to find out my window is in and I'm just waiting for them to call me and make an appointment to have it installed. I have called several times and have been ignored. Very poor customer service and makes me question the company as a whole and if their warranty is worth the paper it's written on. I will not recommend this company to anyone! I still have rotting wood on one of the replaced windows that should have been fixed or at least identified as an issue that needs to be addressed. So disappointed.
