Recently went in wanting picture printed that is in my phone. Associate took my phone and wanted to download. I have over 8k pictures on my phone. It would have taken for ever. I asked if I could send it to them. Was told there was a $15 fee. I left the store. I went home and opened their website. Sent them the picture and went back the next day to pick it up. There was an alternative. Instead you lost a customer.
