Ordered an item using their online menu and paid in advance. There was nothing complicated about the order or the product but they still managed to send me the wrong item. Despite my carefully explaining to them three times what they'd done wrong, they were obstructive and refused to correct their error or issue a refund. Their attitude was truly atrocious: it reeked of dishonesty and showed a complete disregard for the customer and no interest at all in doing the right thing. I've since found a new supplier of plastics who know what they're doing, are helpful, and understand how to treat their customers.
