I was genuinely frustrated a few days ago when I got what I expected would be a great administration from their organization. The service was not exceptional at all. The staff were dull, were a long way from supportive, and those I had the disappointment of managing just appeared as they didn't care the slightest bit about their clients, or their own particular organization so far as that is concerned. They were wasteful, inept and temperamental. I have never worked with a more amateurish organization in all my years! I will attempt to tell individuals about how poor this organization truly is.
