There was only one member of staff so I had to wait ages for my coffee. If it had been as good as I anticipated I wouldn't have minded. Sadly it was terrible. It tasted like warm milk- I couldn't taste any coffee. I would not visit again. Staff member was obviously unable to manage single handedly. No surprise in rush hour!
