My experience with the worker who arrived at my flat was tenuous and quite distracting. It seemed to me that they were purposefully prolonging their visit with smoke breaks and trips to the loo. Prolonged hours meant higher labour costs for me, something I did not appreciate. I hold no favour for this company.
