I was completely shocked by the lack of communication and an actual response to my questions...Avoid at all cost as it is a terrible company to deal with... no customer support at all...I had to get a parcel and I'm still waiting - 2 weeks after it was supposed to arrive. Such a waste of time. I'm getting doubtful if it is coming at all....
