Rip off company. They book flights including you paying extra for seat upgrades. They don't disclose they are selling the lowest of the low fare that gets you bumped from flights. You cannot truly book seats in advance. They are out of the UK, and hire Nigerians to man their phones. Do not book with them. Kayak.com redirected my reservation request to their site unknowingly. It wasn't until I received the confirmation that I saw Justfly.com at all. BEWARE and always always call the airline right after you receive the confirmation. Do not trust and do not buy from these 3rd party crooks.
