Review about Kay-Twelve
In this day and age you would expect people to be able to respond to a simple query quickly enough. Email, phone call, whatever! Seems this company hasn't heard of modern technology since they clearly don't know how to use it! I had a simple query about their service and left a message and sent an email.....nothing in return! Very poor customer service, glad I never actually committed to anything financially.
