Like many others, have discovered Next Day is anything but! Very poor service and still waiting for refund for undelivered order - for four months now. I ordered five sample sets of cutlery so we could choose one (thank goodness we did as several we very poor quality). Originally they said returns weren’t possible but then said they would accept returns but would deduct 20%. That was four months ago - posted bsck the cutlery, which wasn’t cheap to do, and STILL NO REFUND. Also ordered crockery which was delayed for weeks and weeks. Eventually gave up and asked for money back. Also still waiting for that refund, since October. I see many others have the same experience. They are just a bit cheaper than Nisbets - bit Nisbets actually deliver the goods!
