Rated 1 out of 5 stars Courier service doesn’t deliver on stated day Company seems great, good prices and friendly team however courier service is shocking. They need to upgrade to a premium courier. Advised customer service when confirming on the phone that the property was empty where the carpet was being delivered and I would have to drive over for the delivery. Delivery date confirmed between 8am -6pm. Waited at the property from 7am. Advised via email in the afternoon that the delivery is delayed- whole day wasted. Advised it might be the day after (+1 day) or the day after that (+2 day) but they can’t confirm ( + ?? Days) until the next day. How do you schedule work around that uncertainty???. Total uncertainty when it would actually be delivered this messed the fitter around too ! With work i can’t wait around for potentially two extra days for a possible delivery. Thus told them to cancel the order and issue a refund as they failed to deliver on the day stated and it’s under the 14 day cool off period. Had to cancel the fitter so wasted his time as well. Then told no refund as carpet had been cut (4x3m) and the 14day cool off period doesn’t apply. So money wasted. Sadly I can’t work around a flexible and unconfirmed delivery date . Their courier service lets them down (8am-6pm with delivery due on one day out of three but we can’t confirm which day! ) Probably fine if you in all day at your own home but no good for those who work/ in trades at different sites.
