Review about SKY
I do not know what I was thinking whenever I decided to get Television and Broadband services from Sky. This amazing journey began with the signing up of the contract and a week without services due to line rental possession conflict. I my was I foolish to believe it would take just a week. After having no information for longer than 10 days and absolutely zero presence of any engineer I decided to give Sky a quick ring. I am quite positive they need to fire the guy that had picked the hold music. After lovely 20 minutes queue on hold listening to 4 exact adverts with this horrible short melody that gets stuck in your brain cavity I was finally able to reach a Sky Representative that quietly explained that I am calling the wrong department and he needs to transfer the call to another department. With dread in my heart I was put on another hold waiting for about 10 -15 minutes ..yeah listening to this exact same music all over again. It turned out that neither Sky nor BT are resolving the issue with the ownership of the landline. Another week passed just to have an engineer not show up , when I've taken a day off work. Another wonderful call towards Sky was engaged , and an engineer was dispatched this time. I was finally having hope that everything will finally be resolved, however just a few days later we had started having issues with the wi-fi dropping out. Long story short, you will have a lot of troubles and headaches with Sky. Avoid them.
