Not helpful at all. Why doesn’t anyone know anything at all in this company? Why can’t they answer any questions they should already know the answers to? I can’t be the first person who called with this issue, and I’m sure I won’t be the last. Train your employees better or you’re going to end up losing all your business. They are so ineffective.
