To, The concern team. I am staying at the hotel right now. We went to the lounge at your hotel. We were not aware that its a non smoking area. There is a person called Kamileo at the lounge who came and snatched the menu from my, friends and his wife hand and asked us to leave the restaurant. Moreover, he threaten to call the police - reason best known to him. He mis behaved with us and literally was shouting at us. Is this the way to treat in house guests.
