I was in an accident as a child, so I walk with canes attached to both arms. I move a little slowly. Most people allow me to pass or hold doors for me or otherwise help me. When I encountered this service, they were very nice and helpful. I returned the next day to complete the business, it was like a switch had been flipped. The people were uncivil and impatient with my lack of walking speed. I was so startled that I’m afraid I just walked right out. Another service did the job quite well and by very nice people. I won’t be back. Neither should you.
