" Buyer beware! On 4/22/17 Choice's home warranty field technician (Just Cooling A/C & Heating) inspected my AC unit and said the unit was maintained properly. The compressor failed and need to be replaced. Two hours later Choice Home warranty made a decision to deny the claim and falsely stated unit was not maintained properly despite their field technician's assessment to the contrary. I will see them in court but would like the public to know that when it comes to claim Choice Home Warranty is not a good choice and will not be there for you. Buyer beware."
