I ordered an item from this company by the description. I got the part it was two inches shorter than the description on the ad. Now they don't want to give me my money back. They told me that I can send the part back and they will make a decision on whether they think it's been used or not. They said it was my fault for not going on there live chat on their webpage and checking to make sure the part was the right one. The ad did not say that it gave me the size dimensions. I went by that
