Review about Hermes Vienna
I understand it might be the store business model they reserves bags to their VIP or limitation of stocks available. But the way the salesperson reject was harsh and told me no bags upfront, not even ONE. I'm cool with it but when I was about to leave, I saw Another salesperson was unboxing one Kelly lakis the client is holding it. Then of course I asked her in a polite way, she denied and told me that not Kelly?!! And I probed further, she said yes but that's under reservation by customer. Then, same salesperson -Margaret told me the reservation has been cancelled and I can buy it but under one conditions which is getting some others merchandise. I request to take a look of bag , she said no and only let me know the size , model and color and I got to google.. Okay then I asked her what are those merchandises she has mentioned, she brought me to the luxuries items like leather jacket , bracelet and watches with diamond which cost about euro 5600 for the bag who cost euro 11000. I try to ask for lower cost items to buy like scarf , belt or bangle? She said NO. I got shocked as a first time buyer who actively to try on their products. I think that isnt a good way of customer services for the prices to pay! I wish I could give a negative number of stars! Very bad impression to the brand.
