WORST vacation of my life!!!!! We left early! From bed bugs to water coming in our room. I told them we were not happy. They still tried to sell us their time shares!!!! How nervy!!!! I have bites all down my arms neck an legs. They could care less . They promised (Jose) that he would move me to another room but then tricked us in going to their welcome room which was their way to get you to to their time share presentation trap. My husband said no!!! So we didn't get a room change. I'm furious. This is being promoted on groupon.com for 99 bucks. The food was horrible. I couldn't eat any of it. Totally disgusting. Everything was wet. Could not even get warm at night. I talked to others that were vacationing there and had same complaint. Place is falling apart. They want you to buy in their time share but they cant maintain what they have. RUN!!!!!!!!!
