Used the service before, no problem, this time around? It was night and day. They have really gone downhill, and I don’t appreciate the way that they are now dealing with people. It’s just a terrible thing to see. I have tested them twice, and you know what, they are just not the same, terrible service, terrible communication, lackluster in every way.
