Service should come with a smile, but this time it came with a frown. I dislike it when business claims that a service that they offer is excellent, but later find out that their claim is false. It makes the customer feel as if they aren’t worth the business, and that’s exactly how I felt about this company. Very rude, and disrespectful to their clientele. I don’t know how they stay in business. They will never get my business again.
