When the online service said they’d deliver their wares, I had someone watching my house for it. I work two jobs, so my neighbour usually looks out for me. We waited together for a week past the stated delivery date, and it never came. I contacted the service and was told it had shipped already. It did arrive, but two weeks late. Sorry, fellows, but I won’t order from you again.
