Review about Policy Genius
I can’t believe they did this to me. After years of being a loyal customer I have been treated terribly by the employees and managers alike that work for this company. All I wanted to do was have my service fixed, but they kept insisting that this was somehow my fault. How is that even right for them to be allowed to do that. Their managers really need to invest in some sensitivity training for some of these people because they are awful and terrible, and I no longer what to do business with this company anymore.
