Review about Honda UK
My Honda Jazz was recalled (with a potentially fatal air bag malfunction issue). Booked it in at a Honda Dealer as requested, took a day off work and attended the garage only to be told the repair had been cancelled with no attempt to let me know and no apology. Asked to re-book the recall repair and dealer said they could not re-book. Asked when they could re book rudely told 'don't know'. Raised formal complaint with Honda UK who asked me to take it to another garage. When I tried the new Honda dealer they said we cannot help you sir as another garage has already ordered the parts and we cannot tread on their toes and we cannot cancel their order. Complained formally to Honda UK who refused to help and now ignore all communications. Car is still dangerous. Matter raised with Motor Ombudsman. Will be disposing of the car at earliest opportunity and will certainly not being buying another 'unsafe' vehicle from a manufacturer who obviously don't care about their customers safety.
