What an awful firm. Nobody seems to want to do what you need, but they expect you to pay them top dollar for their services. I work too hard for my money to give it away to a firm that barely treats customers with any respect or dignity. What makes you think I should happily give you my money for such disrespectful and lazy treatment? I would never recommend this company to anyone. If they keep this up, they’ll soon be out of business like they deserve.
